Services/Initiatives

Subsidized Home Care Services

Personal Support Workers (PSWs): Providing affordable and subsidized in-home care services, including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, mobility support, and companionship.
Nursing Care: Offering part-time or full-time in-home nursing services to individuals requiring medical care, monitoring, and medication administration in their homes or nursing facilities.
Respite Care: Giving family caregivers relief by offering temporary in-home support for their loved ones, ensuring continuous care and reducing caregiver burnout.

Caregiver Training and Education

Family Caregiver Workshops: Offering training sessions to help family members develop the skills necessary to provide proper home care, including first aid, mobility assistance, and basic medical care.
Professional Certification Programs: Partnering with educational institutions to provide certification courses for aspiring caregivers, enhancing employment opportunities and creating a skilled workforce.
Health and Wellness Education: Conducting workshops on topics such as fall prevention, chronic illness management, and mental health awareness for both caregivers and care recipients.

Support and Counseling Services

Emotional and Psychological Support: Offering counseling and support groups for individuals receiving care and their families, helping them cope with emotional challenges and providing mental health resources.
End-of-Life Planning and Support: Providing guidance and emotional support for individuals and families navigating palliative care and end-of-life decisions.
